Job Description:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance the university's online presence.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, using metrics to refine strategies for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and propose innovative approaches to maintain competitiveness.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, posters, banners, digital ads, and more.
  • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing team to ensure that all visual materials align with the university's brand identity and messaging.
  • Stay current with design trends and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of university events, campus life, faculty, and students.
  • Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and clarity.
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible image library for future use.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to support PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the development of multimedia content, from concept to final production.



  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a consistent and professional online brand image.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (French language skills are a plus).
