Vacancy for Strategic Partnership Manager

 

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead project development efforts, enhance existing partnerships, and cultivate new collaborations with companies and stakeholders. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee public relations, manage key centers, and support our department’s initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Development:
    • Lead the development of project ideas and proposals.
    • Coordinate fundraising efforts and strategies to secure financial support.
    • Prepare concept notes and project proposals, including budgeting.
  2. Partnership Management:
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with companies and other organizations.
    • Expand existing partnerships through targeted engagement and communication strategies.
  3. Public Relations and Marketing:
    • Oversee PR direction for the department.
    • Collaborate with the PR team—including specialists in social media marketing and graphic design—to create and implement marketing strategies.
  4. Career Center Management:
    • Monitor and report on the activities of the Career Center.
    • Provide guidance to the coordinator, ensuring effective execution of events and programs.
  5. Innovation Center Management:
    • Oversee the Innovation Center’s activities and outcomes.
    • Support the coordinator in event organization and process development.
  6. Student Support:
    • Collaborate with student clubs to enhance their activities and initiatives.
    • Assist in the organization and implementation of events for student engagement.
  7. Event Organization:
    • Plan and execute international conferences and events aligned with Ufaz’s strategic themes and interests.
    • Ensure events cater to various stakeholders and enhance the organization’s profile.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, project development, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of PR, marketing strategies, and fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Experience working with students and educational institutions is highly desirable.
