We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will be responsible for contributing to creative and engaging social media presence of the company in line with our mission, vision and brand identity.

Responsibilities:
• Building and implementing social media strategy to drive user engagement.
• Developing compelling content and overseeing the timely implementation of content plan across the official social media channels of the company as well as the IAC 2023 event – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
• Developing and executing social media campaigns, measuring the success of each one of them through pre-defined KPIs, and reporting on ROI.
• Interacting with social media followers regularly, including responding to queries on comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media.
• Tweaking and twisting social media marketing strategy of the company for optimal results.
• Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness.
• Collaborating with the content and design team to develop the post contents.
• Working closely with digital marketing team to monitor SEO and user engagement.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Hands on experience in content management.
• 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate setting.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
• Experience using various analytics software.
• Multi-tasking, flexibility and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
