Kapitalbank is looking for Agile Project Manager to join our growing family.

Background:

·       Higher education in management, business administration or other relevant fields;
·       At least 3 years of work experience in banking;
·       To be aware of banking processes;
·       Having a certificate in the field of project management is an advantage (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.);
·       Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian (fluent).

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate/facilitate the project team in all phases of the project;
·       Ensures the effectiveness of business relations between project participants and ensures that they fulfill their project obligations.
·       Regularly reports to management and stakeholders on the overall status of the project, escalating issues as necessary;
·       Delivers project information, positive and negative experiences to interested parties in a timely manner;
·       Determines the need for resources during the implementation of the project and transfers it to the relevant parties.
