Position: Project coordinator

Established in April 2002 “Avromed Company” CJSC is one of the largest importers of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Azerbaijan. The aim of the company is to provide the healthcare institutions and the whole population of Azerbaijan with the essential high-quality pharmaceuticals. Since the launch of the company Avromed has been able to establish business relations with more than 200 companies located in more than 40 countries all over the world.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce development projects;
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and milestones;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate ideas into actionable development plans;
• Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and coherence in project execution and strategy implementation;
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development;
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce platforms, products, and initiatives;
• Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Skills:

· Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle challenges effectively.
