	Requirements: Law degree in Azerbaijani law (bachelor’s degree is a must, master’s degree is an advantage); Law degree from foreign reputable university is an advantage; Solid academic knowledge in Azerbaijani law; Work experience is an advantage; Profound knowledge of Azerbaijani and English language (including legal writing skills). Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Point programs; Ability to analyse and navigate through legislative acts. Job description: Performance of legal research in various areas of Azerbaijani law; Analysis of legislation and involving in projects containing provision of legal advice on various matters; Preparation of letters/applications to state authorities/agencies; Preparation of e-mail notes regarding various legislative queries; Dealing with state authorities/agencies, notaries; Legal assistance to the senior team members with performance of corporate registration and de-registration exercises.
