Risk Management team for a paid internship

We cordially invite recent graduates from the previous year to join our Risk Management team for a paid internship opportunity!

The purpose of this internship is to provide an opportunity for aspiring risk management professionals to gain practical, on-the-job experience in the banking and insurance industry. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various risk management functions, including credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and compliance.

Tasks and Duties:
·  Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in risk management;
·  Assist the team in the implementation and testing of risk management tools;
·  Participate in risk management meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting documents;
·  Assist in the preparation of risk assessment reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
 
Main requirements (qua

lification, skills, and knowledge):
·  Being at least in the last year of Bachelor’s education in the relevant area, such as finance, risk management, economics, or insurance;
·  Knowledge of banking or insurance operations;
·  Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills;
·  Ability to become an effective part of a close team providing support to achieve the team’s objectives;
·  Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office;
·  Experience with analytical (e.g. R Studio, Stata) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI) tools is an advantage;
·  A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
