Over three transformative months, selected participants will receive:

 Pathway to a Full-time Role – Top performers will secure a full-time role starting in 
September 2025!

 March – Soft skills & consulting training
 April – Technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, case-solving)
 May – Real-world consulting challenge & final presentations
 June – Interviews & offer extensions
 September – Full-time role starts for top performers
 

Who Can Apply?

 This program is exclusively for local women in Azerbaijan who are:
 Final-year BS students or 2nd-year MS students
Passionate about problem-solving, leadership, and a future in consulting
This initiative is part of BCG’s mission to increase women’s representation in consulting and provide a strong platform for Women in Azerbaijan to excel in their careers.
