Administrative intern
CETA Translations offers paid administration internships for a three-month term. Interns can obtain experience in areas such as administration, planning, and communication. The administrative intern will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient functioning of the office and the administrative, finance, and logistics work on various activities of the company. More specifically, the intern will support the following:
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
Sending/answering emails
Maintaining filing systems
Compiling records of office activities
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
Checking and entering data
Updating and maintaining databases
Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices

Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills
Quick to learn
Written, verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
Excellent reading comprehension
Attention to detail and problem solving

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in progress
The preferred duration of the internship is two months. (The internship can be extended up to 4 months). The number of working hours per week will be agreed before the internship begins. It is desired that the intern will work at least 25-30 hours per week during usual business hours. Internship is paid.
