Description Would you like to be a part of an innovative initiative in Azerbaijan? Would you like to reach out to thousands of youths and share your knowledge with them through an online platform? Then you should check out our announcement! We are looking for 24 passionate and motivated individuals to be the first group of trainers of our project called "Digital Transformation in the Youth Sector of Azerbaijan: Experience of Visegrad Countries" funded by the International Visegrad Fund. The project is being implemented by Erasmus Student Network Azerbaijan and co-organized by NGOs from Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Digiuth is a social project which focuses on building an international online training portal where the youth all around the world particularly from Azerbaijan, Eastern Partnership and Visegrad Group Countries may enroll in various courses for free. The main goal of the project is to create a professional learning platform in which everyone will be able to enrich their knowlegde and skills in a wide range of areas such as technological competences, social entrepreneurship, public speaking, business communication, etc. without any barriers. The program also focuses to educate youth about effective job seeking and career-building ways. By participating in this project, you will have the opportunity to get international experience, become the pioneers of digital transformation in the youth sector of Azerbaijan. As the first trainer team of the project, you will be the main contributing members and ambassadors of the project who will play a vital role in the development of the "Digiuth.com" online learning platform. Selected 24 trainers will be divided to 4 groups and each group will be trained in 2 topics being Mobile Marketing and Communication Management, Social Entrepreneurship and Essentials of Career Building, Foundations of Non-Formal Education and Foundations of Project Management in the Youth Work, and Introduction to Information and Communication Technology and Essentials of Information Security. The trainings will be delivered by the experts of the partner NGOs from Visegrad Countries in November. Once the training sessions will be over, based on the activeness and qualifications, 8 trainers out of 24 will have a chance to deliver online courses in Azerbaijani and English to be uploaded on the digital learning platform and get the reward of 300 EUR. However, all of the participants will be required to allocate time and effort in the development of course contents and materials both in English and Azerbaijani. In order to apply for the project, teaching experience is not mandatory you just have to be passionate and motivated about teaching and have faith in the successful implementation of the project to become the pioneers of positive change.
