Vacancy: Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and establish new clients and develop long-term relationships through sales visits and liaising with existing clients.

Provide technical advice and support on a range of Mantra’s product categories.

Prepare and assist in preparing bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.

Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

Prepare online reports and maintain customer Databases

Establish and achieve monthly & Quarterly sales targets

Locate, analyze, and develop vendors and suppliers, both domestically and internationally to satisfy procurement requirements.

Obtain best prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions

Negotiate with suppliers on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Any Engineering degree preferably with MBA OR
MBA in Sales & Marketing / Supply chain Management.

Experience in Procurement for the Oil and gas industry would be an added advantage.

Has excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani language

Strong math, analytical, organizational, interpersonal  and Team working skills

High proficiency in MS Office, Internet

Detail-oriented team players, possessing negotiation skills and the ability to work independently as needed.

An understanding of business operations and processes is important.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary Range
: Basic (AZN.500 – 700) + Performance (AZN.200 – 300) + Sales incentive (monthly sales %) Salary no bar for the right candidate.
