VII FEMO Beynəlxalq Olimpiadasında könüllü olmaq imkanı

The final round of the VII FEMO International Olympiad will be held in Baku from May 30 to June 2. Participants from different countries will come to the capital of Azerbaijan — these are students in grades 1–5 who will take part in the mathematics competition. We really need the help of volunteers to hold this large-scale event. 

 When volunteers are needed: 

— May 31 from 8:00 to 15:00

 — June 1 from 9:30 to 17:00

 — June 2 from 11:30 to 15:30 

 What you will be doing: 

May 31: — From 8:00 to 11:50 

— meeting participants at Oxbridge Academy, assistance with registration and placement in offices, support on the individual round of the Olympiad; 

— From 12:00 to 13:00 — gathering and accompanying children for lunch; 

— From 13:00 to 15:30

 — accompanying groups to the Heydar Aliyev Center, assistance with the excursion.

 June 1: — From 9:00 to 12:00 — registration and assistance during the group tour of the Olympiad; — From 12:00 — assistance during lunch; 

— From 13:00 to 17:00 — accompanying children on a city tour, coordination by groups. 

June 2: — From 11:30 to 15:30 meeting participants, assistance at the award ceremony, coordinating the children's exit and meeting with parents. 

 We do all this together with you, the organizers will be there at all stages and are fully involved in the process. We are one team, and together we create an important and memorable event for children.

С 30 мая по 2 июня в Баку состоится финальный тур VII Международной олимпиады FEMO International. В столицу Азербайджана приедут участники из разных стран — это ученики 1–5 классов, которые примут участие в соревнованиях по математике.

Для проведения этого масштабного мероприятия нам очень нужна помощь волонтеров.

📅 Когда нужны волонтеры:
— 31 мая с 8:00 до 15:00
— 1 июня с 9:30 до 17:00
— 2 июня с 11:30 до 15:30

📌 Что предстоит делать:
31 мая:
— С 8:00 до 11:50 — встреча участников в школе Oxbridge Academy, помощь в регистрации и размещении по кабинетам, сопровождение на индивидуальном туре олимпиады;
— С 12:00 до 13:00 — сбор и сопровождение детей на обед;
— С 13:00 до 15:30 — сопровождение групп в Центр Гейдара Алиева, помощь на экскурсии.

1 июня:
— С 9:00 до 12:00 — регистрация и сопровождение на групповом туре олимпиады;
— С 12:00 — помощь во время обеда;
— С 13:00 до 17:00 — сопровождение детей на экскурсии по городу, координация по группам.

2 июня:
— С 11:30 до 15:30 встреча участников, помощь на церемонии награждения, координация выхода детей и встреча с родителями.

 Все это мы делаем вместе с вами, организаторы будут рядом на всех этапах и полностью включены в процесс. Мы одна команда, и вместе создаем для детей важное и запоминающееся событие.
