UFAZ is hiring! Vacancy for junior specialist for schedule planning.

Job Description:

-Takes the responsibility of arranging the timetable of the academic year according to the study program and to the visit schedule of invited professors;
-Provides overall support to the faculty members for printing teaching materials;
-Maintains document turnover between UFAZ and the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University;
-Provides support to the team in the arrangement of UFAZ events;
-Takes up additional tasks assigned by line managers and education team;
-References and archives the internal administrative documents;
