HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern
Company: ZEYTUN Pharmaceuticals LLC 
Salary: 400 AZN


Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management/Administration, Law, Social Sciences, HR, or related field
Understanding of Human Resources Management (HRM) principles
Experience: Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.


Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:


Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR operations.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Help in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and development.
Maintain employee records and assist in data entry tasks.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
