Job Title: Middle / IT Business Analyst


Join Our Team as a Middle / IT Business Analyst! 
You'll work in Agile Srum team as a Business Analyst alongside with highly skilled development team and be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and implementing business processes and requirements in order to improve our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes
• Gathering, documenting, and managing requirements from stakeholders
• Analyzing requirements and developing functional specifications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project progress
Providing support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
Communicating project status updates to management and stakeholders
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project success

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
