Sumgayit State University announces a vacancy for the position of "Leading specialist" in the International Cooperation and Strategic Projects department.

The primary functions of the department include managing, coordinating, and overseeing partnerships with local and international educational institutions, organizations, and donors, as well as implementing relevant projects and initiatives.

Requirements for the candidate:

· Experience in international cooperation, project management, or related roles

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in desk research

· Digital skills

· Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani

· English language proficiency (minimum level: B1)

· Russian language skills are desirable

· Analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Openness to innovation and professional development
