Leobank  is hiring Leading/Senior Product owner!

Tasks: 
- development and launch of the product; 
- definition of work on the product and sprint, setting priorities together with the scrum master and the team; 
- verification of requirements with the development team and stakeholders; 
- keeping product documentation up to date; 
- working with UX; 
- definition, regular analysis and preparation of proposals for improving the KPI of the product 

Required skills: 
- 2+ years of experience in banking / fintech;
- Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (fluent), English is preferred;
- proven experience in product development in the field of financial services; 
- experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between the main teams; 
- experience in writing technical tasks and specifications; 
- experience in developing business models; 
- experience in product analytics, also based on product metrics; 
- ability to understand Agile principles; 
- ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams; 
- strong analytical skills; 
- strong problem solving skills 
- strong communication and presentation skills
