Responsibilities:
- Development and monitoring of Human Resources procedures;
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of the HR strategy;
- Organization of the work on the employee work force forecasting, planning and selection;
- Establishment and implementation of reward and motivation system;
- Organizing performance evaluations and proposing new suggestions;
- Ensuring job analysis in all structural units of the complex;
- Preparation and implementation of adaptation programs;
- Control over the timely implementation of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employeesin accordance with the labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the linemanager;
- Preparation and presentation of monthly reports;
- Representing the complex in courts, applying to the court with a lawsuit, filing a petition,acting as a plaintiff or defendant in court. Ensuring the implementation of actions such ascollection, preparation of documents related to court cases and so on;
- Organization of the preparation of civil-law contracts with enterprises that provide the servicefor the use of services in various fields by the Complex and controlling the correctness ofprepared contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management and law;
- At least 8 years of work experience and 4 years of management experience in the relevant field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and high level knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent ability to work in EMAS, MS Excel and 1C programs;
- Candidates with International HR certificates will be preferred;
- Ability to work in a unified team, build a agile team, have leadership qualities.

- To define the objectives and properly describe the tactics and strategy to achieve them;
- To explain and convey ideas and opinions clearly, correctly and fluently in verbal and openform;
- Ability to make independent decisions in different situations.
