Vacancy: CRM Administrator

We are looking for a CRM administrator, who has a successful record of improving processes using a CRM tool, to lead the ongoing development of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment.
• Execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and outline specific data and business requirements, implement and documents business process solutions.
• Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Assist in training of new users and grow the CRM platform skillset across the organisation.
• Collaborate with unit head and external CRM vendor in developing and maintaining the system within the company, as well as coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
• Contribute to our organizational health through enthusiastic collaboration, leadership, and personal integrity.
• Maintain a “team first” outlook, supporting the success of the team and the mission in attitude, ideas, and actions; lead by example and with active, creative input for growing and improving the organisation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a CRM admin.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Working Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable organisational, analytical and time management skills.
• Committed to continuous training on the job as the environment lends itself to rapidly changing technology.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Collaborative and positive attitude to work.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
