Pasha Malls is looking for prospective candidates for a position of Marketing Manager.
Marketing Manager is responsible for creating the marketing strategy for Pasha Malls and for its successful implementation.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility in creating the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring synergy with the individual mall’s strategic intent and direction.
- Managing the all marketing / promotion budgets on an annual basis including marketing income.
- Provide strategic leadership in business plans and leading the team in delivering the set objectives. To ensure an effective teamwork environment by coordinating marketing team members
- Managing all malls promotions & advertising, website and visual merchandising.
- Managing all media, agency and local community relationships.
- Responsibility to increase mall footfall, and tenant turnover
- Analysing customer demographics, conducting marketing
surveys and devising marketing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain ongoing Public Relations -Tenant Communication -
Guest Relations -Media Relations
- Network and negotiate with role players in the industry such
as booking agents and entertainers, production specialists,
celebrities etc.
- Represent the company or shopping malls at identified
industry conferences and seminars, shows etc.
- Compile, on a monthly basis, a detailed marketing report for
Pasha Malls management. Also, attend monthly Mall Managers Meetings and report back on marketing and advertising campaigns as well as the results of activities and the impact thereof on the success of the Malls and the retailers.
- Work effectively with internal departments (esp. Leasing, Procurement, Technical department, Finance and Mall Management) to ensure optimum business effectiveness
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, management
- Minimum 3 years in marketing management position with strong working knowledge of retail business
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Proven record of success on previous projects
- Knowledge of fashion, F&B brands and understanding structure of the business unit
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
