Responsibilities:

●    Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture and solutions using React.js and Next.js
●    Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards
●    Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions
●    Drive technical discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
●    Continuously improve and optimize frontend codebase for performance, scalability, and maintainability
●    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team
●    Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
●    Lead by example through hands-on development and demonstration of best practices

Requirements:

●    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
●    5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js and Next.js
●    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of frontend tech

nologies and best practices
●    Extensive experience with state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Redux Toolkit or MobX
●    Expertise in building and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
●    Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural patterns
●    Experience with modern frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm)
●    Experience with TypeScript and/or other statically typed languages
●    Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or GraphQL
●    Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) (Preferred)
●    Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
●    Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the developer community
●    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
●    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
