Tasks:
- development and launch of the product;
- definition of work on the product and sprint, setting priorities together with the scrum master and the team;
- verification of requirements with the development team and stakeholders;
- keeping product documentation up to date;
- working with UX;
- definition, regular analysis and preparation of proposals for improving the KPI of the product

Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in banking / fintech / e-com
- proven experience in product development in the field of financial services:
 experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between

the main teams;
 experience in writing technical tasks and specifications;
 experience in developing business models;
 experience in product analytics, A/B testing;
 ability to understand Scrum principles;
- ability to understand the customer experience in the banking segment (both offline and online);
- ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams;
- strong analytical skills;
- strong communication and presentation skills
