SOCAR is looking for an Administrative assistant/translator/content developer.
Main job responsibilities:
◽ To work with internal project managers;
◽ To plan and develop PPT contents, responsible for all content editing;
◽ Reading the original document and translating it one language to another;
◽ Systematization of internal and external documentation;
◽ Compilation and preparation of documents sent by the Coordination Office to external organizations;
◽ Planning and organization of meetings;
◽ Appointment and management of Coordination Office meetings and online calendar meetings.
Job requirements:
◽ Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in a related field);
◽ At least 3 years of related experience;
◽ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point;
◽ Experience in presentations preparation;
◽ Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
◽ Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
◽ Time management and organizational skills;
◽ Strong work ethics, problem solving.
