PASHA Insurance Company hiring Human Resources Intern.

Key responsibilities:
Update company databases with new employee information;
Assist HRBP team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies;
Assist Talent Management team with organization and coordination of trainings and other relevant tasks;
Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates; 
Send rejection emails to candidates;
Assist with new hire orientations;
Prepare HR-related reports if needed;
Assist in the planning of HR events and careers days.

Qualifications:
BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field; 
Experience as HR intern role is a plus;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
Experience with MS Office;
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
Communication and organizational skills.
