Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including pre and post-booking support. Your duties will involve addressing customer queries, recommending solutions and services, and guiding product users through our platform's various features and functionalities.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build trust with our clients. You will receive comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with Tripsome's CRM dashboard and workflow, ensuring that you are well-equipped to provide exemplary customer support throughout all stages of the sales and after-sales processes.

 

Responsibilities

 

Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist will include:

 

  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through social media channels and phone calls.
  • Coordinating with Tripsome Operators to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing guidance on how to use specific features on our platform or select the most relevant services.
  • Updating our internal databases with relevant customer feedback.
  • Monitoring customer questions on social media and proactively reaching out to provide assistance.
  • Sharing customer feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant functions and departments.
  • Gathering and sharing customer feedback with relevant functions and departments.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the leisure and tourism industry, entertainment, or working with customers in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Experience using social media chats for business and customer support tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when handling difficult customer cases.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is mandatory.
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is preferred.
