Position: Soft Skills Teacher/Trainer
Location: Yasamal district, H. Zardabi 88a

As Baku Business University, we are looking for a Soft Skills teacher who will contribute to the professional development of our students, has experience with interactive teaching methods, and embraces modern educational approaches. If you are an experienced, motivated, and innovative professional, we invite you to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:
Teaching the "Soft Skills" course;
Instructing various soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and leadership);
Preparing the curriculum and guiding students through the program;
Applying relevant methods for evaluating and enhancing students' knowledge;
Conducting interactive lessons using various pedagogical methods;
Participating in projects and events contributing to the professional development of students.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in a relevant field (a PhD is an advantage);
At least 3 years of experience in soft skills or a related field;
Experience in education or pedagogy;
Comprehensive knowledge of teaching methods and new educational technologies;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (teaching will be in English).
Preferred Qualifications:
International certifications and training in soft skills;
Student-centered approach and motivational teaching methods;
Experience with interactive teaching techniques.
