English Teacher for Primary Classes

ADA Primary School is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English teacher who is a native English speaker and can inspire young learners in a dynamic educational environment

Requirements: 

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Teaching, Education, Early Childhood Studies, English, English Literature, or Linguistics 
• English as a first language with a universally recognizable accent and a strong command of written and spoken English 
• Passion for teaching young children with an ability to engage and motivate them 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• High level of integrity and professionalism 

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and enrich the curriculum.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on student progress to school leadership.
• Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
• Foster students’ creativity, critical thinking, and love of learning through innovative teaching methods.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community-building initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure classroom management and adherence to school policies, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.
