Essential Duties Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues. Performs duties associated with setup, configuration, and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment. Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems Performs all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with superior attention to detail.
