Leobank  is hiring "Recruitment Specialist"



Job description:
     Maintaining a full recruiting cycle
     Support candidates during the selection process
     Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of work on the vacancy
    Maintaining a database of candidates and generating weekly reports and HR analytics
     Participation in the improvement of HR processes and procedures of the bank
   Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
     Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
     Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
   Completing paperwork for new hires
     Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
     Providing reports to management

Requirements:
     Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (Sociology, Psychology, etc.)
     The ability to conduct different types of interviews
     Experience with recruitment processes and databases
     The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
   Excellent communication skills
     Good interpersonal skills
