Job Brief

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients to transform their businesses by providing intuitive guidance, and oftentimes by supporting them in the implementation recommendations provided by TWC.A successful consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of many aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will also possess high problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase the value of the company. As you gain experience on projects, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of different parts of projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

• Lead consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving excellence.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client organizations, processes, and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop comprehensive business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions.

• Design and implement unique solutions that address client needs and deliver tangible business value.

• Leverage industry best practices and stay abreast of emerging trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and operations, to integrate solutions seamlessly.

• Support and guide junior team, fostering their professional development and growth.

• Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, conveying complex concepts in an understandable manner.

• Engage in consultative discussions to gain client buy-in and support for proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field: MSc/MBA is a plus

• Consulting experience is not required but preferred.

• Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations

• Strong consulting skills: strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, communicating complex ideas.

• Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English is expected.
