PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for HR Intern.
Key responsibilities:
· Update company databases with new employee information
· Assist HRBP team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
· Assist Talent Management team with organization and coordination of trainings and other relevant tasks
· Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
· Send rejection emails to candidates
· Assist with new hire orientations
· Prepare HR-related reports if needed
· Assist in the planning of HR events and careers days
Qualifications:
· BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
· Experience as HR intern role is a plus
· Basic knowledge of labor legislation
· Experience with MS Office
· Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
· Communication and organizational skills
