YARAT is looking for "Guide" for the Department of Education.

Location: YARAT Contemporary Art Space, Baku, Azerbaijan
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for contemporary art, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and educate visitors about our exhibitions and programs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead guided tours of exhibitions, providing insightful information about the artworks and artists. 
-Engage with visitors, answering questions and fostering discussions about contemporary art. 
-Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for diverse audiences.
-Collaborate with the curatorial and education teams to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
-Support special events and programs, including workshops, lectures, and performances.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming exhibitions and events at YARAT.
 

Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
-Ability to engage with a diverse audience, including children, adults, and international visitors.
-Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
