Azercosmosis actively seeking for professionals in Event Marketing responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for International Astronautical Congress 2023. For more:https://iac2023baku.org/ In this role you will: ·Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing strategy of the IAC 2023 ·Oversee all branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns of IAC 2023 ·Develop IAC 2023 Baku brand, marketing labels and tools for the IAC 2023 event as required by Contract for Hosting ·Plan, prepare and manage promotional campaigns of IAC 2023 for all national and global trade shows and events, as needed ·Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, monitor and control all the Marketing related work of the PCO and vendors ·Develop and share monthly, quarterly and annual reports of IAC 2023 ·Issue IAC 2023 Status Reports ·Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve IAC 2023 marketing and exposure ·Provide IAC 2023 Director with regular updates on progress made with regards to marketing and promotion of the IAC 2023 Essential qualifications: ·Minimum of four years’ experience in either events marketing ·Experience of developing and managing external partnerships in the delivery of projects ·Demonstrable experience of running events from conception to completion ·Appreciation of the nature of accountability, ethics, targets and outcomes ·Experience of developing marketing strategies and identifying new areas of growth/exposure. ·Ability to organize and prioritize own workload ·Self-led with an ability to work alone or as part of a team ·Ability to find practical solutions and make well-considered decisions · Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiences ·Flexible approach · Well-developed planning, risk and issue management and delivery skills ·Ability to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders quickly ·Excellent verbal and written English and Azerbaijani language skills Desirable qualifications: ·Project Management ·Copywriting ·Familiarity with using membership databases Apply To apply for this opportunity, please send your CV to[email protected]quoting the reference “IAC Marketing” in the subject line until May 12.
