Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Flutter developer, with at least X years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and related tools.
- Experience with state management, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficient understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team of developers is desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
