HR Assistant

PASHA Holding invites candidates to fill the position of HR Assistant within the Group HR and Administrative Department.
Job description:
- Coordinates maintenance of electronic and hard copy HR documentation database;
- Fully supports the recruitment process starting from job posting interviews arrangement, tests administration and provides relevant answers to candidates;
- Supports administration of internal HR communication channels under the supervision of an HR Senior Specialist;
- Assist in the administration of benefit programs such as life, and health insurance, as well as vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence;
- Preparing reports (monthly and quarterly) to different entities such as State Employment Agency, Statistical Committee and etc.;
- Supports employee termination process and executes related documentation such as exit interviews’ protocols and etc.;
- Support in the conduction of all surveys, maintaining survey software;
- Support and assistance in the execution of Events;
- Other tasks assigned by Group HR & Admin Director /Manager;
Knowledge, experience, and skills required:
- 2 years of total work experience, including 1 year of work experience in function;
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree;
- Proficiency in English. Russian is desirable;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem-solving, planning, and time management skills;
