Duties:

  • Archives documents and assisting in document management
  • Files documents and answers employee inquiries if required
  • Updates internal databases with new employee personal information
  • Assists in other clerical issues

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or current student of 3-4th year
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
