Lawyer of Legal and Human Resources Department

Salary: 1127 AZN GROSS

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in relevant field; 
• At least 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate field; 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced level of English;    
• Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages; 
• To be tolerant and smart, as well as have critical and logical thinking. 
• To establish effective communication with parents, school leaders, teachers and support staff. 

Main responsibilities:

• Prepares civil-law contracts on provision of educational, pre-school education and music education services in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Design employment contracts for employees; 
• Provides timely renewal, extension and termination of employment and civil-law contracts, (service, purchase, etc.); 
• Based on the instruction of the head of the department, collects the necessary documents for the electronic or Asan signature, apply to the relevant authorities and deliver at the specified time; 
• Collect and prepares all necessary documents for the migration service for expat employees, apply to the appropriate authorities to obtain work permit and temporary residence; 
• Represent the MTK in state authorities and courts;
• Participate in the preparation of relevant internal corporate documents;
• Performs other tasks assigned by the head of the department.
