Vacancy:HR Specialist
Main responsibilities:
• Implement human resource policies
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Conduct background checks and make job offers
• Negotiate employment agreements
• Facilitate employee orientation program for new hires
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Manage staff wellness and performance reviews
• Maintain staff records
• Prepare and revise job descriptions and job adverts
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of HR
• Knowledge of labor law (Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan)
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts
• Proficiency with computing software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
Terms and conditions:
• Compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code.
• Salary by agreement
