Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall learning & development strategy and build annual training plans
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and set priorities
- Organize product knowledge, sales techniques and customer-centric skills workshops for the Sales team
- Coordinate technical and diagnostic training—aligned with manufacturer standards—for Service & Technical staff
- deliver communication, service quality and complaint-handling training for Customer Service teams
- Design and implement structured onboarding and assimilation programs for new hires
- Lead the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Manage the online learning platform (LMS), create digital modules and monitor learner engagement
- Apply evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick Model, ROI analysis, etc.) to measure training effectiveness
- Conduct assessments—tests, surveys and performance reviews—to track learning outcomes
- Plan, manage and report on the annual training budget
- Research and integrate regional and international training opportunities into our organizational framework
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development management
- Strong understanding of sales, technical service and customer satisfaction functions
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Proficient with MS Office and LMS/online training systems
- Excellent presentation, analytical thinking, planning and project-management skills
