Details of the position are listed below: Job responsibilities: •Meet guests in person or by phone; •Properly direct incoming phone calls; •Respond to external inquiries; •Correctly direct guests according to the instructions of department heads; •Keep the workplace safe and clean in accordance with internal procedures and orders; •Follow proper documentation; • Check daily letters, solve stocking-up works, admit couriers. Required qualifications: •Higher education; •At least 6 months of experience in the mentioned or similar position; •Strong communication skills (oral and written) •Ability to communicate fluently in Azerbaijani, intermediate English and beginner Russian; •Ability to solve several priority issues at the same time; •Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving; •Free Microsoft Office user; • Agility and ability to learn quickly.
