Vacancy: Marketing Manager

We’re currently looking for Marketing Manager to build and maintaining strong and consistent brands through a wide range marketing channels. Responsibilities: - Develop strategies and tactics for brands - Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution - Market research, data base analyses and segmentations of the data base - Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors - Report sales needs and field intelligence to commercial / marketing teams - Analyze brands sell through results by channel and make recommendations to increase results - Manage budget and ROI for their specific Trade Marketing activities - Work closely with the commercial, operational & marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Requirements: - BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field - Min 3 years of successful experience within marketing field - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools - Strong working in marketing team, coaching and performance monitoring of marketing representatives - Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines - Strong attention to detail - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) - Fluency: Azerbaijani, English, Russian In order to apply send your CVs to[email protected] Please specify in the Subject name of position.
